We want you to be completely satisfied with your Universal Works purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
